It was created out of a growing need to provide a higher level of home repair service at AFFORDABLE prices for investors, landlords and property owners. There is a growing need for Professional and Licensed Handyman Services in Central Oregon. We decided to open Handyman4Rent.com All Options Home Repair Service to address these needs. Whether its a small repair to a complete remodel, we can handle any job that arises.
BJ Soper, General Manager and Owner of All Options Home Repair Services has been involved in all aspects of constuction and repair services for 16 years. Starting as a finish carpenter out of high school in Sparks, Nevada, he spent 7 years honing the trade. He then opened a small commercial and residential maintenance company in Nevada which still operates today. Moving on in his career, he became a Regional Maintenance Director for a large national property management company in Nevada and Central California.
After moving to Central Oregon in 2004, BJ worked as a handyman and maintenance director for another large local property management firm. In 2008, an opportunity arose to open All Options Property Managementwhich quickly grew to manage 400 properties in Central Oregon. Seeing the need to provide a better and well managed licensed and bonded home repair service for his clients, BJ Soper and his two business partners Ruben Garmyn,and Jim Birtola decided to open All Options Home Repair Services in 2010.
